Greg is a chartered accountant with significant financial experience within the health sector. Before joining Mercury Advisory, now O'Connell Advisory, Greg Anderson spent two years with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where he led the bank's efforts in taking strategic financial solutions to major health groups. Prior to joining CBA, Greg was the health sector leader for Pricewaterhouse-Coopers and managed the Health Risk Management Practice. Greg has significant experience in leading various business planning, feasibility studies, cost benefit analyses, benchmarking, risk management and due diligence exercises in the health sector. Clients include: public, private and not for profit care providers, multinational pharmaceutical and medical supply companies and health funders, including health insurers and government. Deb has had leadership positions within the aged care sector with focus on quality, compliance and operational effectiveness. Throughout her employment, Deb's outstanding organisational management skills have secured significant business improvements. In her past roles she has provided management nursing consultancy which involved providing leadership, professional and business advice to clients within aged and related services. Deb has provided advice on a range of matters including on-going financial and operational advice, feasibility analysis and strategic planning advice as well clinical expertise. Before joining Mercury Advisory, now O'Connell Advisory, Helen was a Principal with Collaborative Health Solutions, a company established in 2004. Prior to establishing CHS Helen was a Senior Manager in the Health practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and prior to that was with Deloitte Consulting. Helen has over 30 years experience working in the health, community and disability services sectors including working on the development of the evaluation framework for the Second Round of Coordinated Care Trials and undertaking the first phase of the evaluation covering referral, assessment and care planning processes. Helen’s experience also covers reengineering and process improvement in private and public hospitals, financial and operational reviews, and health information systems implementation. Clients include State health departments, Department of Health and Ageing, private hospitals, Area Health Services and health insurers. Joanne has recently joined O'Connell Advisory and previously worked with the Department of Family and Community Services, Ageing, Disability & Home Care to develop the accommodation service system. Joanne managed the team responsible for developing new service models, policy frameworks and service management structures enabling high quality service provision across the NSW accommodation service system. Joanne is a highly skilled manager with excellent leadership and service development skills. She has worked in the disability field for over 14 years with many roles involving problem solving, cultural change, strategic thinking and leading staff to achieve high performance. Joanne has successfullly taken services through extensive redevelopment, growth and change and managed services through realignment and devolvement. Deepti has recently joined the team at O'Connell Advisory. She has most recently worked with NSW Treasury within the Family and Community Services branch. While at NSW Treasury Deepti was involved with the business case analysis for Businesslink and Housing NSW - focussing on the impact of policy changes, viability of reforms, and funding changes. Prior to NSW Treasury, Deepti's experience has been with Standard and Poor's as an analyst with a focus on global Pharmaceutical companies. She has strong financial modelling, forecasting and valuation experience. Tina has significant operational and financial management across the health care sectors, particularly in the private health sector. Before joining Mercury, now O'Connell Advisory,Tina was the business manager for Pulse Health Ltd, a publicly listed private healthcare company. Prior to this she was executive manager - hospitals for Wesley Mission NSW with responsibility for the oversight of their two private psychiatric hospitals for three years, and prior to that was the area business manager for Prince of Wales Private Hospital for over three years. Tina has over 20 years experience in the health care sectors, in a variety of roles. Tina has also more recently become involved in the implementation of the ISO 9001: Quality Management System standard in private healthcare facilities. Tony has significant financial management and consulting experience across the health and aged care sectors. Tony has over 20 years experience in the healthcare sector and this has included senior executive positions within organisations providing public and private hospital services, aged care and retirement living. His experience includes public listed companies as well as not for profit and public enterprises. Tony gained his chartered accounting qualifications at Deloitte and worked within their health consulting practice. Tony has over 20 years experience in the health and aged care sectors. In all of his roles he has overseen major changes in the delivery and funding of health services as well as strategic planning and organisational change. He has also held a number of non executive board positions on hospital, aged care and health insurance businesses. Jack has also recently joined the team at O'Connell Advisory. Jack is a financial analyst and has extensive experience within the hospital financing and cost modelling environments. Jack has worked in senior accounting roles for hospital providers. He was a senior management accountant for Wesley Mission for eight years. His responsibilities included developing financing models, added value management reports and long term forecasting of hospital's operating and cash flows. He is experienced in creating analysis reports on hospitals' key performance indicators and efficiency. |
